Each individual may hold only one registered account on betjdb. Opening duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, betjdb reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and withhold any associated bonus funds.
betjdb is operated for and primarily directed at players based in Bangladesh. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. betjdb reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to ৳500 per month to inactive accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold has been reached. Players will be notified via their registered contact details before any inactivity fees are applied. The remaining account balance (after any applicable fee) will be returned to the Player upon verified request.
betjdb processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. betjdb reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your betjdb account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the processing schedules of the sending institution. betjdb does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which betjdb accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by betjdb's payments team. Standard withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification and anti-fraud review. betjdb reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
All account balances, bets, and transactions on betjdb are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betjdb does not facilitate currency conversion. If your payment method operates in a different currency, any conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
betjdb operates robust fraud detection systems. Any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent transactions, payment chargebacks, or money laundering activity will be suspended pending investigation. betjdb reserves the right to permanently close any account found to have engaged in fraudulent payment conduct and to recover any funds obtained through such conduct.
betjdb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet size while wagering a bonus, time limit for completion, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your betjdb account must be wagered a minimum number of times before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain games (including but not limited to live sports, some table games, and progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement — refer to the individual offer terms for game contribution rates.
betjdb reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player or group of Players has attempted to exploit the bonus system in bad faith. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage betting strategies specifically to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

All seasonal promotions are announced through official betjdb channels and are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.
All sports bets placed on betjdb are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport, as published in the betjdb help centre. betjdb reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event whose result was already known at the time the bet was placed, or on any event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or force majeure. In-play bets are accepted subject to the live betting rules applicable at the time of placement.

betjdb makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, technical upgrades, or reasons beyond betjdb's reasonable control, and betjdb accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.
betjdb collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the betjdb Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your personal data is used, stored, and protected.
In summary, betjdb collects personal data for the purposes of account registration and management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and improving our Platform and services. betjdb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. betjdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where closure is required to comply with applicable legal obligations. In the event of account closure for cause, betjdb may withhold account balances pending investigation and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited conduct.
You may close your betjdb account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining balance (after settlement of all pending bets and deduction of any applicable fees) will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts subject to self-exclusion or active investigation may not be eligible for immediate closure.
Upon termination of your account — whether by betjdb or at your own request — your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All outstanding obligations under these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. betjdb operates with the aim of providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable platform for all Players.
